Data Providers for RAD Studio: Supported Sources and Installation Requirements
Data providers within RAD Studio include built-in components like FireDAC, IBExpress, DbExpress, dbGo (ADO), and BDE, alongside third-party components such as DevArt's UniDAC, PgDAC, MyDAC, IBDAC; MicroOLAP's DAC for MySQL, PostresDAC; NexusDB; DBISAM; ElevateDB; AbsoluteDB; and IBObjects. Installation of these components in RAD Studio is conditional upon the presence of required packages. They are dependent on the prior installation of TRichView and RichViewActions.
