STM32F103RCT6 DMA ADC Voltage Sampling with Timer Interrupt

This experiment demonstrates using STM32F103RCT6 to perform ADC voltage sampling via DMA, which bypasses CPU usage and directly accesses memory. The implementation is done in C language.
