sql server 的 DTS 生成的 VB 代码还挺方便的，不过直接用在 Delphi 上就有点不对味了。我花了一晚把这套东西做了个初步转换，写了个能跑的包，嗯，先转了个，你拿去继续优化下。主函数叫main，直接跑就行。如果你搞定了，记得发我一份。毕竟我这只是个雏形，后面得靠你们老司机继续打磨。
