Mantis 项目的搭建与配置
安装
1. 解压 Mantis 和 phpMyAdmin ，并分别更名为 mantisbt 和 phpMyAdmin
2. 启动 Apache 和 MySQL 服务
配置
1. 登录 phpMyAdmin，创建 mantisdb 数据库
2. 访问 http://localhost/mantisbt 进行后续配置
