前往 GitHub 下载 Vue Devtools：https://github.com/vuejs/devtools/tree/v6.5.0

解压安装包，在 cmd 中输入 npm install 安装依赖项。

执行 npm run build 编译，再进入 shells/chrome 目录，修改 manifest.json 的 persistent 为 true。

替换 shells 下的 chrome 文件夹即可完成安装。
