LICENSE AGREEMENT (LA) FOR ALLROUND AUTOMATIONS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

Important: Please read carefully. By installing, copying, or using this Allround Automations software product, you agree to abide by the terms of this License Agreement (LA). Should you disagree, refrain from installing, copying, or using this product.

General Usage Rights

The rights to use this product under the LA terms are granted only if:

1. Company Purchase Order: The invoice is paid within 30 days post-invoice date.

2. Online Purchase: No charge-backs are initiated on the credit card transaction.

Rights and Limitations

You are authorized to reproduce, install, and use this product for a single developer's usage per license copy purchased. If you hold an unlimited user license, the product can be used across all developers within the license holder’s legal entity.

• Distribution Rights: Building and selling applications with this software incurs no royalties, but redistribution of the original or altered software product is prohibited.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Allround Automations asserts ownership rights and guarantees no intellectual property infringements. The product is virus-free upon delivery.

Disclaimer: Allround Automations provides the software “as-is,” disclaiming warranties on merchantability, accuracy, non-infringement, and fit for purpose. The usage risk falls solely upon the user.

Limitation of Liability

Damages are limited to the higher of either the purchase price or $500 USD. Liability limitations apply even if other remedies fail.

Jurisdiction

Legal disputes are governed by Dutch law and handled within Dutch courts exclusively.

Payment Default

Late payments incur a $10 weekly administration fee post-30 days, with an annual 15% interest on unpaid amounts. Collection fees also apply.
