linux下多线程socket多人聊天。尽量做到了数据的封装，有很多需要修改的地方，初步进行了模块化设计。客户端与服务端放在了一个文件夹里，make -f smakefile将编译出server make -f makefile将编译出client程序使用前需改变cfg.txt scfg.txt中的ip.
